Pee-wee’s Big Adventure
The Criterion Collection asked me to design the cover art and inlay for the 4K Blu-ray release of Tim Burton’s debut film, Pee-wee’s Big Adventure. Painting a project connected to two lifelong favourite artists felt like a small dream come true.

For the 30th edition of the Swiss Storytelling Night, I created the main visual for the Swiss Institute for Children’s and Youth Media (SIKJM), aimed at engaging both children and adults. The poster’s theme was time travel. To bring together a time traveler and a T-Rex, seemed logical to me.

Once upon a time... there was an architect who loved to cruise over the Swiss Alps in his double-decker when he wasn't designing the world's cleverest furniture or photographing nude models with one of the first Polaroid cameras. But Carlo Mollino also designed the new building of the Teatro Regio in Turin, as well as the most elegant racing car of all time!

Full of anticipation, the cuckoo returns to his forest in spring. He has a lot to tell his friends! Is the mouse at home? No ... Maybe the salamander is waiting in his cave? No... Or is at least the deer to be found somewhere? No one is there, no one is expecting the homecomer.
